Arrests in Richmond following VCU's loss to Butler in the NCAA's Final Four.  Rowdy fans jammed into Broad Street and were met by Richmond and State Police in riot gear using tear gas and rubber bullets.  Fire crews were called to put out several small fires set in streets.  Police arrested six people for disorderly conduct.
